At Fine Shyt, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality standards.

However, for our First Drop Launch, we are currently not accepting returns on any orders once they have been delivered.

We request all customers to carefully review product details, sizing information, and order specifications before placing an order.

Refund Policy

For our First Drop Launch, all sales are final and we are currently not offering refunds on any purchases.

Refund requests will not be accepted once an order has been successfully placed and processed.

Please ensure that all order details, including size and shipping information, are correct before completing your purchase.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions.

Eligible Exchange Reasons

• Wrong size received
• Size fitting issue
• Damaged product received
• Manufacturing or quality defect

Important Requirements

• An unboxing video is mandatory to request an exchange.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
• Exchange requests without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

Exchange Timeline

• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Once approved, the exchange process may take 8 to 10 business days.
