Short version: we collect the minimum amount of data we need to run the shop, we don't sell it, and we don't run ads on you.
When you place an order, Shopify handles the checkout. Shopify collects and stores your name, shipping address, email, phone, and payment details. We never see your card number. Shopify and its payment processors handle payment directly.
When you sign up for the newsletter, we send your email address to Resend, which holds our mailing list. We use it to email you when a drop goes live or when we have something to say. You can unsubscribe from any newsletter with one click.
When you visit the site, we record basic analytics: pages visited, country, device type, referrer. No third-party ad trackers. No session recording.

Order records: kept for the period required by Indian tax law (currently eight years).
Newsletter subscribers: kept until you unsubscribe. When you unsubscribe, your email is removed from Resend within 30 days.
Analytics: aggregated data is kept indefinitely. Nothing in the analytics data identifies you personally.
You can email fineshyt.brand@gmail.com and ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll reply within 30 days. Order records we're legally required to keep will be retained for the statutory period even if you ask for deletion. Everything else gets wiped.
